Organisational Structure

Being responsive to our customers' needs requires a flexible approach to organisational structure as the outputs of contract research may change throughout a project. Teams are structured to include the relevant expertise from across Peakdale's skills base. For example, chemists who generate new building blocks can work in conjunction with our parallel synthesis team to produce novel, focused libraries of drug-like molecules.
