Peakdale Takes Part in Great Manchester Run Raising Money for Blythe House Hospice
Every year a team of runners takes part in the Great Manchester Run and raises money for charity. This year's run takes place in May and the chosen charity is Blythe House Hospice.
Blythe House Hospice is a local hospice in Chapel-en-le-Frith offering free, individualised, holistic care and support for anyone in the High Peak living with cancer or other serious, life threatening illness.

Peakdale Sponsors Local Schools Awards
Peakdale recognises outstanding achievement and hard work in Science and Technology at St. Thomas More Catholic School through the annual award ofthe Peakdale Trophy.
Peakdale also supports science days at local schools and actively encourages work experience to allow younger people a chance to see what life in the chemistry and professional working industry is like.
